A note on empire building 🌎🌍🌏

This is one of my favorite images:

It's a diagram Walt Disney drew in 1957.

It shows how each line of business operates reinforces the others and together form the media empire that is the Disney corporation.

I'm trying to do the same thing with Indie Worldwide.

The content and challenges we run support the community, the community inspires new content, and the content attracts new members.

Similarly, if I draw out the main components of the Indie Worldwide business, this is what it looks like:

The community is central, and is reinforced by and supports everything else we do like this newsletter, our challenges, the podcast, events, and more.
